Why AhamBharat exists

The meaning of the name
Aham (अहम्) is the Sanskrit word for "I". AhamBharat, "I am Bharat", reflects a simple conviction: a nation is shaped by the individuals and institutions that choose to contribute to it. When one person raises the standard in their field, Bharat rises with them.

How recognition is earned
Every honour passes through four defined stages. Nominations are received openly, verified for credibility and eligibility, evaluated by a qualified selection process against the criteria of each category, and finally celebrated at the AhamBharat Awards ceremony.
